Backsliding

For some reason I just can't seem to stay focused on eating right and losing weight. I will do well for one month and lose 5 pounds, then do terrible the next month and gain it all back. I guess it's good that I'm at least "maintaining", but I don't want to maintain, I want to lose. Specifically I want to lose 10 pounds by my birthday, which is July 10th, I'm not sure if that's a reasonable goal or not though. It's about 6 weeks away, so as long as I stay on track, I'm sure I can do it. Really the most important thing I need to do I guess, is step it up in the exercise department. I think I will try to take up jogging. Anyone want to join me?
